• Redistribute original files without appropriate license
• Claim authorship of our content
• Use products to compete directly against Bernecker Digital Systems
• Reverse engineer or modify core system functionality without permission

3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, and materials are protected by copyright law. You receive a license to use them as described in your purchased license tier.

4. Payments & Billing

• All payments are securely processed through PayPal
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction
• We'll never charge you for updates or improvements (included with your license)

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
